This pedal assembly shares the same 3" x 7-1/2" bolt pattern as Tilton's 72-608 pedal assembly. The bias bar inside Wilwood's brake pedal arm is 3/8". It can be upgraded to 7/16" if you purchase Jamar or Tilton's brake bias balance bar if you're concerned about bending Wilwood's 3/8" bar.
When selecting master cylinders, you'll notice with a smaller bore, you get more pressure but less volume. With a larger bore you get less pressure but more volume. You need to make sure that you have enough volume to supply your brake calipers, but at the same time, enough pressure.
For the tandem brake master cylinder pedal, offroad trucks and buggies will have more bias to the rear brakes. 60% rear and 40% front is a common starting point, with a lot of offroad racing vehicles ending up at 30% front and 70% rear. Opposite of a street vehicle.
For the single clutch master cylinder pedal, here is an example of the math. Pushing the clutch pedal with 100 pounds of force, a 6.15:1 pedal ratio and a single 3/4" bore master cylinder:
On the right hand side clevis you'll notice a tiny slotted screw with a jam nut. The tip of that screw has a spring loaded ball that clicks into a groove cut into one side of the 3/8" shaft. Every 360 degree revolution, the ball snaps into that groove. If you're using a dash mount bias adjuster knob that already has a detent click, then you can simply remove the slotted screw from that clevis.
Features:
Aluminum pedal arms
Dimpled foot pads for extra grip
6.15:1 Pedal ratio
3/8"-24 balance bar
Lightweight aluminum frame
Four 5/16" smooth mounting holes on the sides
Four additional 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the top
Pedal pads can be mounted in 3 positions horizontally to make the pads closer or further apart from each other
Dimensions:
Mounting surface to bottom of pedal: 12-1/8"
Pedal pivot to center of pedal: 10-3/8"
Pedal pivot to center of MC push rod: 1-11/16"
10.375 ÷ 1.6875 = 6.15:1 Ratio
Pedal pad: 2-3/8" wide x 3" tall
Uses standard 2-1/4" vertical bolt pattern cylinders
Uses 5/16" pushrods for the master cylinders
Uses 5/16" bolts to secure master cylinders

Pedal force at master cylinder:
100 lbs x 6.15 ratio = 615 lbs
3/4" master cylinder area:
A = π r2
A = 3.14159 x 0.375 x 0.375
A = 0.4418 in2
Line pressure:
615 lbs ÷ 0.4418 in2 ≈ 1392 PSI
