Product Information:

Wilwood's pedal assembly balance bar. Direct replacement for many brands of pedal assembly such as CNC, Jamar Performance (not the CA3 floor mount), and Tilton Racing. The kit includes a non coated COM8 uniball. Wilwood machines two 3/8-24 nuts with a 1/2" shoulder on the side of the nuts for the uniball. Any of the uniballs listed below work as a replacement.

    Cross Reference Part Numbers:
  • CNC 1215 - 3/8" shaft with 5/16"-24 clevises
  • CNC 1214 - 7/16" shaft with 5/16"-24 clevises
  • Jamar Performance JCA6BB - 7/16" with 3/8" thread on the end

  • Tilton Racing 72-260 - 7/16" shaft with 5/16"-24 clevises
  • Tilton Racing 72-262 - 7/16" shaft with 3/8"-24 clevises
  • Wilwood 340-1757 - 3/8" shaft with 5/16"-24 clevises (with weld sleeve)

  • Specifications:
  • Uses standard 5/16"-24 brake master cylinder push rods
  • Includes a COM8 style uniball 1" OD x 1/2" ID
  • Shaft is 3/8"-24 thread x 4-7/8" wide
On the right hand side clevis you'll notice a tiny slotted screw with a jam nut. The tip of that screw has a spring loaded ball that clicks into a groove cut into one side of the 3/8" shaft. Every 360 degree revolution, the ball snaps into that groove. If you're using a dash mount bias adjuster knob that already has a detent click, then you can simply remove the slotted screw from that clevis.
