Always make sure that the threads of the screw do not stick through the internal bypass body, otherwise the wear band on the shock's piston will be destroyed.
The 241-02-116 and 241-02-098 are basically the same screw. The difference is how much Fox shaved off of the head to make sure it clears the outer body of the shock. Both screws are slightly shorter than 3/16" long.
Fox also makes a gold anodized hex screw that you use with the 241-00-052 locking tab. The tab folds over to prevent the 241-02-110-1 or 241-02-110-2 screws from backing out.
