This tool allows you to spin off the bottom wiper cap on the shock allowing you to rebuild or revalve the shock. Most shocks will use a 3/16" pin diameter. Occasionally you'll run into shocks that use a 1/4" pin diameter like Fox 2.5" IBP Internal Bypass.
