This extension helps get the push/pull Morse style throttle cable away from your foot. It comes with a 3-3/4" extension, 3/8" wide spacer, 1/4"-28 fine bolt and a double sided 1/4"-20 to 1/4"-28 adapter stud for the heim joint.
The 3/8" wide spacer goes in the back of the throttle pedal. One end of the 3-3/4" extension is threaded for the bolt. The other end you must tap yourself for 1/4"-28 fine thread after you cut it to your desired length. You can use the supplied double sided stud with a CF4-3 female thread to female hole heim joint or you can use a CF4-3Y heim joint that already has a stud on it.

This extension can also be used on Tilton's 72-615 swinging throttle pedal. The double sided stud threads into the pedal stop between the two allen bolts.
Similar to the floor mount pedal assembly, you would tap the other end of the extension yourself for 1/4"-28 fine thread after you cut it to your desired length. Then use a CF4-3Y 10-32 female thread to 1/4-28 male stud heim joint.
