Peterson's 08-0400 canister is their most popular breather. Used in many different applications to vent both dry sump oil tanks and engines. It's the top choice for offroad racing teams.
There are two AN -12 ORB o-ring boss inlets (1-1/16"-12 thread) on the sides. The bottom has a single -6 ORB o-ring boss allen head drain plug (9/16"-18 thread). Inside the main body is an additional baffle insert with a foam air filter.

Peterson does include a steel -6 allen head drain plug, however customers often purchase Fragola's 481426BL -6 ORB to 1/8" NPT adapter fitting and CBR's 1/8DVALVE finger-actuated drain cock valve. That allows you to quickly drain the 08-0400 tank just like Peterson's 08-0410 small 3" breather canister.
