Kartek Weld On King Kong Axle Beam Adjuster For King And Link Pin Front Ends To Raise The Vehicle

The original EMPI, Latest Rage, and Sway-A-Way axle beam adjusters had an aluminum push block and used a 1/2" or 14mm adjustment screw and grub screw. We took it a step further for serious offroad racing by making our adjuster with a steel push block and a 5/8"-18 adjustment screw and grub screw.

When installing economy adjusters from EMPI, Latest Rage, or Sway-A-Way you cut a 2" section out of your axle beam's pipe and weld the adjuster in the center of the beam between the two pipes. That can create a weak point. For our racing adjuster, you use one continuous piece of pipe from shock tower to shock tower and slot the center for the adjustment screw.

This kit is designed for a 2" x 0.120" wall tube. The tab is radiused for 2" tubing and the leaf spring collar is 1-3/4" outside diameter.
