Before Fox started using o-ring sealed caps on their bump stops, they used to include this protective cover that went over the Schrader valve. You can still use this cover with modern bump stops, but if you have the black plastic or orange anodized aluminum o-ring sealed cap, you'll have to remove that before you can thread this onto the bump stop.
If you have the little chrome valve stem caps, those can still be used with this cover.

This cover will also work on first generation King Shocks 2" and 2-1/2" bump stops that have the 7/8" stem top before they switched to 1" and 1-1/8" stems. If you have the blue anodized aluminum o-ring sealed cap, you'll have to remove that before you can thread this onto the bump stop.
