This pedal assembly is unique compared to what you'll normally see in the offroad industry. Most offroad pedal assemblies have two separate single circuit brake master cylinders with a brake bias bar. One master cylinder would feed your front brakes and the other would feed your rear brakes.
When selecting master cylinders, you'll notice with a smaller bore, you get more pressure but less volume. With a larger bore you get less pressure but more volume. You need to make sure that you have enough volume to supply your brake calipers, but at the same time, enough pressure.
Here is an example of the math. Pushing a pedal with 100 pounds of force, a 7.08:1 pedal ratio and a single 3/4" bore master cylinder:
Pedal ratios for this pedal assembly were calculated based on 1.5" from the arm's pivot to the center of master cylinder's push rod. The pedal pad brackets have 2 holes. You end up with 6 vertical positions (3 with short edge down and 3 with long edge down) of the pedal pad bracket that the pedal could be in and roughly 6 different pedal ratios.
The above 340-16384 does NOT have a brake bias bar. It was intended for a dual circuit 3-1/4" horizontal bolt pattern master cylinder with a 3/8"-24 thread push rod. The two studs for the brake master cylinder are 3/8". You can also use a 2-1/4" vertical bolt pattern brake master cylinder with 5/16" studs or bolts, but you'll need a 3/8" push rod. Most common brands of master cylinders from CNC, Girling, Jamar Performance and Wilwood have a 5/16" push rod. Tilton Racing does have 5/16" and 3/8" push rod cylinders.
The clutch side accepts a 2-1/4" vertical bolt pattern master cylinder with a 5/16" push rod from CNC, Girling, Tilton Racing or Wilwood.

Features:
Aluminum pedal arms
Dimpled foot pads for extra grip
6 Pedal ratios: 5.58:1 to 7.08:1
Lightweight aluminum frame
Four 5/16" smooth mounting holes on the sides
Pedal pads can be mounted in 3 positions horizontally to make the pads closer or further apart from each other
Pedal pad brackets can be mounted in 6 positions vertically
Dimensions:
Mounting surface to bottom of pedal: 11-1/4" (lowest position)
Pedal pivot to center of pedal: 10-5/8" (lowest position)
Pedal pivot to center of MC push rod: 1-1/2"
Pedal pad: 2-3/8" wide x 3" tall
Brake uses a 3-1/4" horizontal or 2-1/4" vertical bolt pattern cylinder
Clutch uses a 2-1/4" vertical bolt pattern cylinder
Uses a 3/8" pushrod for the brake master cylinder
Uses a 5/16" pushrod for the clutch master cylinder

Here is an example of the math. Pushing a pedal with 100 pounds of force, a 7.08:1 pedal ratio and a single 3/4" bore master cylinder:
-
Pedal force at master cylinder:
100 lbs x 7.08:1 ratio = 708 lbs
3/4" master cylinder area:
A = π r2
A = 3.14159 x 0.375 x 0.375
A = 0.4418 in2
Line pressure:
708 lbs ÷ 0.4418 in2 ≈ 1603 PSI
Pivot to center of pad divided by pivot to center of master cylinder push rod equals the pedal ratio:
Pedal bracket short edge down:
8.375" ÷ 1.5" = 5.58:1
9" ÷ 1.5" = 6:1
9.625" ÷ 1.5" = 6.42:1
Pedal bracket long edge down:
9.375" ÷ 1.5" = 6.25:1
10" ÷ 1.5" = 6.67:1
10.625" ÷ 1.5" = 7.08:1
Pedal bracket short edge down:
8.375" ÷ 1.5" = 5.58:1
9" ÷ 1.5" = 6:1
9.625" ÷ 1.5" = 6.42:1
Pedal bracket long edge down:
9.375" ÷ 1.5" = 6.25:1
10" ÷ 1.5" = 6.67:1
10.625" ÷ 1.5" = 7.08:1
