Description
If you have a stock width VW rear torsion housing, these collars allow you to make your own spring plates setup for 24-11/16" long torsion bars.
If you narrow your torsion housing, for example in a drag bug with tubbed wheel wells, 3" (1-1/2" per side) you would use this collar and 21-3/4" torsion bars.
If you widen the torsion housing, for example in an offroad bug or buggy, 3-3/4" (1-7/8" per side) you would use this collar and 26-9/16" torsion bars.
