Empty aluminum end cap for 2-1/2" stepped ALUMINUM reservoirs. Uses 010-00-000-A rubber pellet, 010-00-032 pellet retainer, 038-01-052 wire clip, and 029-03-226-A o-ring. The rubber pellet goes into the retainer and the retainer presses into the inside of the reservoir cap. We also sell a Schrader valve conversion kit, part number 803-00-977, if you want to use conventional nitrogen fillers instead of the needle tool.
This cap fits the 2.31" inside diameter internal STEPPED reservoir only. On the stepped reservoirs, the main chamber is 2.25" but down towards the end of the reservoir sleeve, the inside is stepped to 2.31" inside diameter.
