Forced-Air applications use Maglock's magnetic hose connector to provide air and water quickly and easily.
Installing Ends (cuffs/sleeves): If you're using Kartek's hose (sold by the foot and listed below) and Kartek's sleeves/collars for the blower end of the hose. You'll want to use a food grade, antimicrobial, antimold silicone and let it dry in the sun for at least two days to get rid of any ammonia smell. DO NOT use any sort of toxic or hazardous glues or adhesives. Use common sense, this hose is going to feed FRESH AIR into your helmet.....
The Fluidlogic system allows forced air users to connect both air and water within the SAME Maglock magnetic connection. The kit includes everything needed to completely set up one helmet and one seat in the vehicle. Note: The kit DOES NOT include a fresh air system, a water reservoir (Camelbak), or helmet hoses.
Download the IOS Fluidlogic APP The system has two modes of operation: MANUAL and SEMI-AUTO. The Fluidlogic Motorsports System comes with a default setting and can be used without connection to the APP, but tuning the system to your individual preferences will result in optimal hydration.
MANUAL MODE
Enables the VOLUME (1-10ml) and STRENGTH (low-med-high) adjustment sliders
SEMI-AUTO MODE
VOLUME and STRENGTH adjustment sliders remain the same, but now you can utilize the REMINDER SYSTEM by setting how often to be alerted by the Microbutton LED to take a dose of fluid.
CONNECTION TO THE POD (water pump)
To connect the POD (water pump) to the Fluidlogic APP, navigate to the "Add New Device" screen and press the + to scan either the QR Code printed on the card that came with the product or on the back of the POD (water pump). You can also manually enter the code. Once registered, you can personalize your system with a name and profile image. Now the device setup screen is ready for your individual hydration profile.

This kit is designed for users that have a pre-existing forced air setup for their vehicle and helmet. The Pod (water pump) is the heart and brain of the Fluidlogic system that also connects to your IOS device via Bluetooth allowing you to fully customize your hydration profile. Included with the Pod is the Microbutton used to visually communicate with the user and command the Fluidlogic system with the press of a button. All the necessary mounting, wiring and plumbing hardware is included to turn the existing fresh air system into a smart hydration system with no helmet drilling or modifications.

- VOLUME slider controls the amount of water you get with each button tap. A quick tap of the Microbutton will give you your selected amount, while pressing and holding the Microbutton will give you fluid as long as the button is held down
- STRENGTH slider controls how forceful and fast the water is delivered
- ADVANCED CONFIGURATION you can adjust only the Idle LED Brightness of the push button switch
SEMI-AUTO MODEVOLUME and STRENGTH adjustment sliders remain the same, but now you can utilize the REMINDER SYSTEM by setting how often to be alerted by the Microbutton LED to take a dose of fluid.
- INTERVAL slider controls the amount of time between reminders. Set it for 30 sec, and the Microbutton LED will blink to alert you @30 sec to take a dose of water. After a few blinking cycles, the LED will remain on until you press it. Pressing the button will restart the alert cycle.
- ADVANCED CONFIGURATION you can adjust both the Idle LED and Alert LED Brightness of the push button switch
