5/8" 3/4" or 7/8" Shaft 2.0" Shock 3/8" Tall Internal Spacer For Reducing Overall Eye To Eye Length

These aluminum spacers go between the seal head bearing housing and the thick bottom top out washer (part number 050-00-001-A) to shorten the overall length of your shocks similar to using suspension limiting straps. The spacers are 1-1/2" outside diameter specifically to fit into a 2" shock body or a 2-1/2" IBP internal bypass shock which is basically a 2" shock inside a 2-1/2" body. Spacers for a standard 2-1/2" or larger non IBP shock are 1-7/8" outside diameter and are too large to fit into a 2" shock body.

These spacers come with a 5/8" hole for the shaft. We can machine them for a 7/8" shaft but we charge per spacer to do so.

You will have to drain the nitrogen, take the shock apart, reassemble the shock, and refill it with nitrogen in order to install these. You will need a spanner wrench to remove the bottom wiper cap and some soft jaws to hold the shaft while you remove the nut that holds on the valve stacks and piston.

Which wrench do I need?
• 3/16" pin for 2" shocks
• 1/4" pin for OLD style 2.5" IBP shocks where the wiper cap is SEPARATE from the seal head
• Inner and outer spanner wrenches for most new style 2.5" UTV or OEM IBP shocks where the wiper cap and seal head are one piece
