Description

How to replace a Fox Shock top cap
Will also work on 5/8" shaft emulsion (non-reservoir), 7/8" shaft emulsion (non-reservoir) or first generation 1-1/4" shaft air shocks using a 7/16"-20 thread Schrader valve. Can also be used on 2.0" bump stops to convert from flat top style to body cap style.


Note: First generation Fox air shocks and bump stops used a high pressure 7/16"-20 thread stainless steel Schrader valve. If you have the second generation with a countersunk Schrader valve, that top cap has 5/16"-32 thread and is a different part number.
