There are two sets of mounting holes on this plate. On the billet shifter, this allows you to use the countersunk mounting holes, going down through the shifter. Or, on the billet shifter, you can use the threaded holes underneath the shifter. On the cast shifters you'll use the threaded holes underneath the shifter.
This plate will also fit their sequential shifters.
