These Ford Ranger flipped shackle mounts are a much stronger leaf spring mount than stock. The drop mounts are available with either stock height or with a 1-1/2" drop for extra ride height and bed clearance.
By lowering the shackle mount down 1-1/2", it helps clear the bottom of the bed and it also helps to lift your truck after you install a longer length shackle for wheel travel.
