The top hole is 1/2" but can be stretched over a 9/16" shaft without an issue. It will fit 5/8" but that's really pushing it. The bottom flange is 3-3/4" in diameter and 1/8" thick. Just above the bottom flange, the boot is 2" in diameter. You can drill holes and bolt the flange down, or simply squish the boot into a 2" opening on a center console. The boot is approximately 3-3/4" tall.
This boot will fit the EMPI 00-4450-6 plastic boot, but will NOT fit the EMPI trigger shifters or Hurst Performance shifters. They both have a 3/4" diameter shaft.
