Introducing the 12 volt REFLEX™ light actuator (patent pending) – the first fully compatible actuator system designed exclusively for the Baja Designs light lineup. Born from racing in Baja Mexico, the REFLEX™ brings professional offroad race level engineering to a consumer ready solution. Engineered exclusively for their light bars, the REFLEX™ delivers instant, on-the-fly control of light bar pitch angle. Drivers can adjust their light up to 20 degrees depending on the light type, ensuring perfect light coverage for every terrain change, climb, descent, or high-speed section. The REFLEX™ mounts directly to existing Baja Designs light bar brackets with included hardware. No fabrication, no guesswork, just clean installation and plug-and-play setup. This actuator is compatible with the 10" OnX6+ Series light bar.
The 80-0012 is basically the same kit. The only difference is that the 80-0011 has only one linear actuator for the shorter 10" LED light bar. The 80-0012 kit has two linear actuators to compensate for the length and weight of a 20" to 50" LED light bar.

The light bar is NOT included. It is shown only for reference. The end of the linear actuator's wiring has a GM Weatherpack 2 circuit shroud housing. You still need to purchase a GM Weatherpack 2 circuit tower housing connector, female terminals, and silicon wire seals.
The brackets that come with the actuator can be mounted on either side of the light bar's housing. You will need roughly 7/8" to 1" of space on one side of your current light bracket to clear the actuator.

Specifications
You will need a momentary on | off | momentary on switch. You will wire it so that in one direction the switch has standard polarity but in the opposite direction it has reverse polarity. See diagram of how to wire a linear actuator motor. Each actuator only draws 0.14 amps at 13.8 volts. You can run multiple actuators to one switch and have them change pitch angle together or you can wire each actuator to its own switch and adjust each light independently.
