Off Road racing can be difficult enough during the day, but why limit yourself to day driving? With rock LED lights from Baja Designs, nighttime rock crawling can easily become a good time. Headlights are great for lighting up what is in front of you, but a great rock light is necessary for proper after-hours wheel placement.
The only difference between Baja Design's rock lights and dome lights is that the dome lights have a push button switch on the housing itself. The rock light can be used as a dome light if you're going to use a separate dash mounted switch. If you're using this as a rock light, it can get very hot when used for long periods of time. This LED light is waterproof and can be mounted virtually anywhere. All that is needed is a 12 volt power supply and a switch. It has a 180 degree optic to illuminate your cab, engine bay, wheel wells or anywhere else you need a bright and smooth light.
A hard rubber base is included to adapt to shock hoops or roll cage tubing anywhere from 1-1/4" to 2-1/4" in diameter. There are two channels in the base that allow you to secure the base using zip ties to a bar.
