Kartek Offroad V Belt Groove Power Steering Pulley 4-1/2" Dia. For T/C Pumps

Warning: On the new style 6 spoke pulley, the windows are not wide enough to put the two pump mounting bolts through the pulley when the pulley is installed on the pump. If your application requires the bolts to go through the front of the pump, you'll have to install the pump THEN install the pulley.

On the old style pulley with the three round holes (pictured above for reference), the holes were actually cut into the groove where the belt rides, sometimes causing premature wear on the belt.



Important Note: NEVER use a hydraulic press to install your pulley. Using a press will crush the back side of your power steering pump. Use a GM pulley installer. The GM installer threads into the front of the pump and pushes the pulley onto the shaft. If you purchase a pump and a pulley from us, we can install the pulley for you before we ship the order.
