The 3" hanger bash bar is to be used in conjunction with ICON's 3" hanger system on 2001 and newer Ford Super Duties and Excursions (EDG-33099). This bash bar replaces the factory bar that is riveted to the stock hangers. The bash bar is used to allow a lifted truck to remain complaint with California DOT laws. You can visit www.liftlaws.com for a summery of DOT laws for your state but always cross reference using your own state's DOT codes and official websites. |
