D&E Innovations' CV Grease Packing Tool is designed to deliver grease quickly and evenly throughout the CV joint and boot. It provides an efficient alternative to the "standard" needle injectors, reducing the time associated with completing this messy task. The kit is built primarily of billet aluminum. The plunger assembly is comprised of four main components: grease tool, grease tube, grease plunger, and grease plunger rod. It's circular shaped plate is designed to fit to the existing CV joint. The size of the tool varies according to the type and size of the CV joint. The plate features a cylindrical support positioned in the center to support the grease tube.
