Solo Motorsports' fully fabricated 3” lift spindles for early model two-wheel drive 96-04 Tacomas, 00-06 Tundras, and 96-02 4Runners are CNC machined from high-grade U.S. steel with a “boxed” high-strength design. The spindle is designed with an off-set of 1 7/8” wider stance per side which eliminate the need for wheel spacers for improve handling. 

These 3” lift spindles will work with any factory coilover shock with or without a spacer or aftermarket coilover shock.  When the 3” lift spindles are used in conjunction with your long travel front suspension, less or relaxed coilover pre-load will result in an improved smoother ride on road and an off road driving experience that’s dramatically improved over the small to medium roller-bumps.

To protect the 3” Lift Spindles from the elements, they are powder coated flat black. Full factory steering is retained along with higher ground clearance.  All 3” Lift Spindles come with new unit hub bearings pre-installed for an easy bolt-on installation in a little over an hour with basic hand tools.

Required:
-Any aftermarket or Solo Motorsports’ upper control arm with a 1”uniball.
-Longer brakelines, Solo Motorsports premade breaklines available with either a 45 degree or banjo fittings for a UCA only or long travel setup.

Optional:
Solo's fully fabricated 1” lower uniball/steering conversion with 7/8” outer heim joints that are double-sheared.

Total Chaos Fabrication now offers 3.5" fabricated lift spindles for the 2wd 05+ Tacoma, 03+ 4Runner, and 07+ FJ. The kit adds increase ground clearance and superior strength over the stock cast Toyota spindles. These spindles can be installed with existing aftermarket mid travel upper control arms, coil over shock packages and stock control arms.

The kit includes:
-Two 3.5" fabricated lift spindles
-D.O.T. stainless steel braided brake lines
-Mounting hardware

Failure to properly limit your suspension puts severe stress on the Tacoma and Tundra spindle  where the upper ball joint or uniball mounts. Over extending droop travel has caused these spindles to break. Total Chaos jumped on a solution to reinforce the spindle and developed this weld on 1/8” laser cut bracket. Properly limited suspension will not damage the spindle, but if your looking for added security and strength weld on a set of these gussets.
