Delrin Bushings

Delrin bushings offer the highest level of bushing rigidity short of using metal style bushings, uniballs, and heims. Thank's to Delrin's imprinted graphite they are more durable than urethane bushings and require less lubrication and replacement, which is ideal for use as suspension bushings.

Urethane Bushings

Urethane bushings offer a great improvement over OE rubber bushings thanks to the higher level of rigidity which resists deflection, compression, stretching, and twisting. They are great as affordable replacements as suspension bushings, motor mounts, and bump stops. Urethane bushings that are subjected to twisting such as with suspension bushings require lubrication grease to prevent binding and noise.

Chromoly Inner Sleeves

Inner sleeves are required when used with urethane & Delrin bushings. When assembled, the inner sleeve acts as a sleeve for the bolt which helps prevent the bushings from catching and twisting on the pivot action on the bolt. This allows for bind free movement, better lubrication on the pivot, and stops the noise that is normally associated with improperly lubricated urethane/Derlin bushings.
