Stub & micro stub axles are available in several different sizes due to the variety of aftermarket wheel hubs & bearing housing. The main differences that you need to be aware of are, what type of CV bell the axle has, the spline count, and the spline length. The spline length can be measured from the base of the stub to end of the splines, which is shown in Fig.1.
