Kartek Quick Spare Tire Release |
|
This quick spare tire release is extremely quick while still providing a secure mount. It uses a latch mechanism to hold the tire in place and a spring loaded lock and lever for a quick two handed release. The base is designed to be welded to the vehicle. The two aluminum plates are custom fitted to the wheel to ensure a firm lock. Please provide the wheel brand, model and size specifications of the wheel when ordering. |

Tiregate Bed Mount Spare Tire Carrier |

The Tiregate Bed Mount Tire Carrier is designed and fabricated to the same high standards as the rest of Tiregates line of tire carriers but is designed for use as a universal truck bed carrier mount. This carrier uses the same Y Bar, urethane wheel cone, and wheel safety tether cable of their PR and HT Series tire gates mounts. In addition to the large mounting plates, a flush mounted D-Ring is welded to the Upper Mount Plate to connect a safety Tether Cable acting like a leash from your truck to your spare wheel. This cable can also be used in conjunction with a lock to help prevent theft of your spare. Either way your spare wheel will be more safe and secure with the Tiregate Bed Mount than any other bed mount available.
